We are Muslim owned and the ingredients we use are all from halal certified.
No. All meals will be given based on the menu. If you have a dietary restriction, do indicate when you are ordering so that we can replace the ingredients in your meals.
There will be 2 deliveries each week. The first delivery of the week will be on Sunday and the second delivery of the week will be on Wednesday.
You will receive your meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on Sunday’s delivery. You will receive your meals for Thursday and Friday on Wednesday’s delivery.
For example:
You ordered a 5 day meal plan (2 meals/day) for the week 4/10 to 8/10.
The first delivery will be on Sunday (3/10). You will receive 6 meals in total on Sunday. They are your meals for Monday(4/10) to Wednesday (6/10). The second delivery will be on Wednesday (6/10). You will receive 4 meals in total on Wednesday. They are your meals for Thursday(7/10) and Friday (8/10). All meals are delivered chilled.
All the meals for our meal plans will be delivered chilled. You will have to refrigerate them as soon as you receive them.
Upon receiving the meals, please keep them in the fridge immediately. We do not recommend freezing them as it might change the texture of some components of the meals when you defrost and reheat again.
It would be best to consume all meals by the date stated on the individual meal boxes. Usually we plan for dishes that contain fresh salads to be consumed on the first day after delivery so that it is at its freshest. Hence, it is best to eat the meals based on the dates on the menu.
You can indicate your dietary restriction when you are making your order. We will replace the protein that you do not consume with another protein or replace the entire meal with another one on the menu.
- Deliveries on Sunday are from 2pm to 5pm.
- Deliveries on Wednesday are from 10am -1pm or 5pm- 8pm.
All deliveries are made only within this timings.
In the event that you are not at home when the delivery is made, the meals will be placed outside your door and a message will be sent to notify you that delivery is made. Upon receiving the message, do hurry home to store the meals in the fridge as soon as possible,
In the event that you wish to cancel your meal plan subscription with us, do notify us at least 5 days before delivery date and we will refund you fully.
For cancellations notified within 3-4 days before delivery date, we will only refund 50% of the meal plan paid. For last minute cancellations notified within 1-2 days before delivery date, there will be no refunds.
The last meal plan order we will take in for the week that delivery takes place, will be on Wednesday,12pm. Please refer to the month's meal plan menu for specific dates.
The containers we used are microwave friendly.
We suggest you take out the meal you are going to eat from the fridge 30 minutes before consumption. This is to ensure that after microwaving, the inner part of the protein is not cold.
Most of our meals can be reheated in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at medium to high power. There will be specific instructions for meals that require special attention. E.g. Do not reheat salad/coleslaw/kimchi.
Yes. You can have them delivered together with your meal plans. You just have to click on meal plan delivery and we will send the preorder items on the first delivery of your meal plan.
All orders must be made at least 1 day in advance by 12pm. Do note that there is no delivery on Wednesday and Thursday.
E.g. If you want to have your order delivered on Friday, you will have to make your order by 12pm on Thursday.
All food items are best eaten immediately, However, if you choose to eat them on another day, most of our food can be kept for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Cookies and Biscottis can keep quite well in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
All food for preorder are delivered are freshly cooked on the day of delivery and will reach you warm.
