For all 1 meal/day plans, you will get the dinner menu by default.
For all meal plans, there are 2 deliveries per week.
The first delivery is on Sunday (For Monday - Wednesday Meals) and the second delivery is on Wednesday (For Thursday - Friday Meals).
The reheating, storage and consume by date instructions will be printed on each meal box.
