"Apple" Crumble Cheesecake

Craving for apple crumble? This could solve it all! No real apples are used. We use chayote to replace apple and the result is amazing! Because we can't even tell the difference. Low in carb and high in soluble fibre. Perfect for regulating blood sugar levels. 

An almond based crust, topped with a cheesecake layer and studded with diced "apples" (chayote is used to replace apples) and sprinkled with a crumble topping made with almond and coconut flour, chopped walnuts and a hint of cinnamon.
