Our keto/ low carb version of porridge using cauliflower. Each bowl of porridge comes with minced chicken, hard boiled egg, silverfish, peanuts and a handful of our favourite garnishes - spring onion, coriander and chilli.
It passed the fridge test and still tasted great upon reheating. So no worries if you intend to have it keep it for the next day or later in the day.
