Radish Cake (2 servings in a tin)
A classic Singaporean snack, ketofied! Fresh radish, no flour or starches. We use psyllium husk and oat fiber (not oat flour) to create that familiar texture! Toppings include diced homemade keto chinese sausage, mushrooms, dried shrimp, spring onion and chilli. Just like how our Ah Ma used to make it.
This Radish Cake can be stored in the chiller for 5 days, or 1-2 weeks in the freezer.
